Become a member of CPRS-Vancouver Island, and increase your professional network and resources.

As a member, you can take advantage of:

  • access to the CPRS-VI members-only section of the website

CPRS-VI Chapter Affiliate Members - are not engaged in the practice of public relations, but are interested in or connected with the profession.

CPRS-VI Chapter Student Members - are enrolled in a college or university program and are (a) not engaged in the full-time practice of public relations, or (b) have not been engaged in the full-time practice of public relations for more than two years.

CPRS-VI Chapter Retired Members - are past national members who are no longer practicing public relations.

Chapter memberships are conferred at the discretion of the Board of Directors, and subject to annual Board approval.

National Members
Those who qualify as CPRS National Members are also entitled to a wide range of national benefits, including affiliation with more than 2,000 professionals in 17 chapters across Canada and a growing web of members in the US and Europe.

These members spend more than half their working time in practicing or teaching public relations, or administering a full-time public relations department.
