The Communications Manager supervises a team of communications advisors. The Communications Manager coordinates the delivery of communications products and services to stakeholders. The position monitors and reports on specific business lines and individual performance standards that support the Corporation’s communications plans and objectives. The Communications Manager leads and trains staff and ensures service levels meet corporate, division and team performance goals. The Communications Manager develops and implements improvement measures that ensure the delivery of timely, high-quality products and services.
