Effective communications and engagement are important values of the Professional Employees Association (PEA). That’s why we’re looking to expand our organization by hiring a full-time Communications Officer.
You are a communications generalist comfortable with both strategic communications and tactical execution. You love to see a project from conception to completion. You’re able to put together a social media content calendar, and develop enticing social posts. You can write email copy that drives open rates and you thrive on A/B testing subject lines. You have capacity to coach staff and stakeholders in communication best practices and you believe member engagement is integral to the success of a membership-driven organization.
